BHPCL is out to change how the law works — or doesn’t — in Bayview. Do you out know someone with a civil — meaning noncriminal — legal problem, but no money? BHPCL tries to cover community legal needs, such as fighting an eviction, or a family custody dispute, or wills and probate law, so everyone can obtain legal representation, even if they have no money.
