Every little ghoul and goblin will have a wicked good time at the JCCCNC Halloween Carnival for the whole family, featuring games and prizes, tricks and treats, arts and crafts and goodies to eat! Kids and parents alike will delight in the Haunted Hallway, frisky bouncehouse, and the costume contest with prizes. Added this year for the first time is an onigiri (rice ball) decorating contest.
